RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
We want you to be 100% pleased with your Mirror Lady purchase. However, if within two weeks after your purchase has been received, you decide to return it for a refund or an exchange, please feel to send us an email with your name, address, the name of the mirror you are returning, and the reason for return. We will then give you a Return Authorization Number and the address to use on the return. Please include the Return Authorization Number in all emails or faxes related to your return.
The above information must also be included in the returned package, so we can properly credit your account.
Secure all merchandise in its original packaging. We cannot accept merchandise that is not returned in original packaging, or as professionally packed by a reputable shipper such as Mailboxes Etc., UPS or FedEx store. All returned merchandise must be insured for full value, in case the shipper damages the mirror. Please note: we cannot accept returns for merchandise that is being shipped from outside the United States. For questions regarding international returns, please email us.
ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MIRROR IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. We regret that we are unable to honor damage claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
We will call or send you an email to let you know we have received the returned mirror. A full refund will be issued, less our original shipping costs, within three days of confirmation of receipt.
Exchanges:
If you prefer, you may exchange your original mirror for another selection. In that case, we will issue you a full credit against another selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our Venetian Mirrors are completely handmade. As is typical of handmade items, the actual mirror may differ in small details from the photograph on the website. Actual size is within 1 inch (+/-) of dimensions listed. We value the unique and individual touch of an artisan's hand, and hope that you will also. Several of the largest Venetians are most safely delivered by truck -- TRUCK SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE, AS NOTED. |
